Hello!

I'm the Founder & CEO of Made Open, and I lead our work supporting leaders to build stronger, healthier and more connected communities.

As you will see from our website and case studies, we do this by combining strategic insights, design thinking and award-winning community software.

I have the privilege of leading a talented team and supporting amazing clients who, like me, are dedicated to empowering communities of place and purpose for positive change.

I've also developed a number of community design models that focus on bringing people together to explore challenges, share ideas and co-create solutions that make places fairer, kinder and more connected.

Whether through Design Thinking workshops, Community-Led Impact Programmes (CLIP) or our 5Ps model, my goal is simple: help communities design their own future.
